1. It has been listed as an advanced and applicable technology for environmental protection and pollution control by Nanjing. Suman Technology's low-temperature plasma project won the second prize of the Ministry of Education's Technical Invention, the first and third prizes of Jiangsu Province's Innovation Invention, and the third prize of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education's Science and Technology Progress Award.
2. Four major research and application directions of Suman Technology The low-temperature plasma technology that Suman conducts research on is an ancient and brand-new concept. Human beings' systematic understanding of plasma began in the 1830s. The concept of plasma was established in the early 20th century. In the late 1970s, plasma had developed into an independent branch of science. Plasma is composed of a large number of free electrons and ions, and is an ionized gas that is approximately electrically neutral on a macroscopic scale. It is another aggregation state of matter, namely the plasma state, and is also called the fourth state of matter. The so-called low-temperature plasma is actually the fourth state of matter. The study of plasma first began in the universe. 99% of the matter in the entire universe is in the form of plasma. The four major directions of theoretical and applied research carried out by Suman Technology are plasma material processing, plasma environmental engineering, plasma biomedicine, and plasma physics agriculture. In scientific research, plasma technology has become a research hotspot and cutting-edge technology in the scientific and technological community at home and abroad. In the field of material processing, plasma is used to change the surface properties of materials and improve their performance and adaptability. In environmental engineering, plasma is used to treat pollutants such as waste gas and wastewater.Plasma technology offers a variety of promising applications in environmental engineering, which can help solve environmental problems, reduce pollution, and promote sustainable development.
